Most Certification Paths Test What You Already Know. This One Lets You Skip That Part.
Every Gloria Institute Level 2 and Level 3 credential requires CGSL and CPSE training — the shared vocabulary and practice every specialization assumes. If you’ve already spent years doing this work hands-on, you shouldn’t have to sit an exam to prove what your career has already demonstrated. The Foundations Exam Waiver removes that exam — not the training, and not the standard.

Who Should Apply
The kind of experience that's already covered the ground CGSL and CPSE's exams test — you've just never had a Gloria Institute credential to show for it.
You'll still complete Foundations training in full. This just means you're not sitting a second, third, or fourth proctored exam on material your job has already tested you on daily.
Applying doesn't forfeit anything — if you're approved, your voucher stays valid if you ever decide you want the CGSL or CPSE credential itself later.
Apply anyway. Admissions reviews on the specifics, not a checklist — a borderline case costs you nothing but a few minutes.
How It Works
Making to easy for experienced professionals towards advancement in the certification path appreciating their past gained skills.
Submit your application.
Tell us which exam(s) you’re applying to waive, your relevant experience, and a way to verify it. Takes about five minutes.
Gloria Admissions reviews it.
A real person looks at what you’ve submitted — not an automated keyword match. Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days.
You get a decision by email.
Approved, denied, or we need more information — either way, you hear back with a real answer, not silence.
If approved, your Foundations training continues as normal — the exam just isn't part of it.
Complete CGSL and/or CPSE’s lessons, and your Level 2/3 credential eligibility is unlocked without sitting that exam.
What's Eligible Today
The Foundations Exam Waiver currently applies to the CGSL and CPSE certification exams only. As Gloria Institute’s catalog grows, this same review process may extend to other certifications’ exams — what’s eligible at any given time is exactly what you’ll see as an option in the application form below. If a certification isn’t listed as an option, it isn’t eligible for a waiver yet, regardless of your experience with it.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. The waiver only removes the requirement to sit the CGSL and/or CPSE certification exam. You still complete the full CGSL and CPSE training — that's the vocabulary and practice every Gloria Institute specialization assumes, waiver or not.
Yes. The application lets you select CGSL, CPSE, or both, independently. Your experience might map more directly to one than the other, and that's fine.
You're not locked out of anything — you simply take the standard route: complete Foundations training, then sit the exam(s) like everyone else. You're welcome to reapply later if your experience changes or if you want to submit additional documentation.
No. The application itself is free. You still pay standard Foundations pricing for training and your exam voucher — the waiver only affects whether you need to use that voucher.
Either order works. Some applicants apply for the waiver before enrolling to see if they qualify; others enroll in CGSL/CPSE training first and apply for the waiver once they're partway through. Your training progress isn't affected by when you apply.
Not by default. Admissions may reach out to a reference you've listed if your application needs additional verification, but this isn't standard for most applications.
CGSL and CPSE only, as of today. See "What's Eligible Today" above — the application form itself always reflects current policy.
